We have three technicians on our staff; they each have been trained on our entire UTAX and ROWE copier / printer product line, at their training center. They have training every year, to keep their knowledge up-to-date.

With a major investment in your machine, it is important to have a service contract so we do at Alamiya we offer you free maintenance contract for three months from the date of purchasing. An engineer will visit on a regular basis to service the equipment and to ensure that it is operating at the highest level of reliability at all times. Our engineers are all fully trained and experienced, and all repairs are guaranteed, 95 % of problems are resolve during the first visit without leaving the customer's premises in quick turn-around time.

SERVICES PROVIDED:
Hardware Problems:
If customer's experiences performance problems with the Equipment, customer must notify Alamiya's Customer Support Department by telephone or fax for verification of the problem(s).
Software Updates:
Alamiya will at its discretion periodically provide software updates at no additional cost to the customer's.
Operating System Support:
Alamiya will provide the first level of assistance for routine questions about system administration and other operating system issues.
Phone Support:
Phone assistance and support to evaluate and diagnose hardware or software issues will be available from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m and from 5:00 p.m to 8:00 p.m. excluding holidays.
SPARE PARTS & CONSUMABULES:
We provide spare parts, consumables and accessories for all UTAX, ROWE and HP products. We supplies you with everything you required for your digital repro systems - so you receive everything from one source. Whether spare parts or consumables.
